Refund policy
At Odave Mane, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, it is mandatory to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the sealed package. The video must begin before opening the parcel, clearly show the shipping label and the sealed package, and must not contain any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions. After verification, we will either dispatch a replacement product (subject to stock availability) on the next working day or process a full refund within 7 working days.
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or any personal preference, you must also notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Refunds for customer-preference returns will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product. A minimum deduction of ₹200 will be applied towards packaging, shipping, payment gateway, and processing charges. If multiple products are returned, an additional deduction of ₹85 per item may apply depending on the shipment's weight and size. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery, products showing signs of use or damage after delivery, or products returned without original packaging may not be accepted. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings and will not be considered manufacturing defects.
